FROM THE GROUND UP

  1. Groundwork

    Site Work & Foundation

    Footings dug, rebar placed and concrete stem walls formed on the Horizon Ridge lot, ahead of framing.

  2. Exterior Walls Set

    A crane lifts the wood-framed exterior wall panels onto the stem-wall foundation, and the building outline goes up.

  3. Roof Trusses Up, Shell Enclosed

    Roof trusses are set, exterior walls are sheathed and the window openings are framed. The floor is still dirt.

  4. Roofing & Stucco

    The roof membrane goes down and scaffolding wraps the building for the exterior stucco.

  5. Exterior Finished, Insulation In

    Stucco, black entry awnings, stone columns and landscaping are done outside. Inside, the walls are insulated over a dirt floor with column footings.

  6. Underground Plumbing & Slab Prep

    Plumbing is trenched and stubbed up for the suite sinks and restrooms, then the floor is graded and the rebar mat set for the slab.

  7. Slab Poured, Suites Framed, HVAC Rough-In

    The concrete slab is in, metal-stud walls outline the private suites and HVAC flex duct runs overhead.
