We are at 2831 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052, with dedicated parking for tenants and clients at the building.
When does The Industry Studios open?
We open in January 2027 and are pre-leasing now. The exterior is complete and the signs are up; interior construction is underway.
How many suites are there, and what sizes?
There are 14 private suites, numbered 100 through 113, ranging from 85 to 334 square feet, with 2,910 square feet rentable in total. They fall into four bands: Small (85–133 SF), Medium (140–242 SF), Standard (253–256 SF) and Premium (278–334 SF).
Who are the suites for?
The building is designed for health and wellness practitioners and professionals, including massage therapists, estheticians, mental health counselors, IV infusion and peptide therapy providers, other licensed wellness specialties, and professionals who need a private office.
How much does a suite cost?
Pricing depends on the suite and any buildout, and is shared on request. The fastest way to get it is to book a tour or email info@industrystudiosnv.com.
What lease terms do you offer?
We offer one- and two-year leases.
How does billing work?
Rent is billed weekly instead of in one monthly payment, which makes cash flow easier to manage.
Is there a move-in incentive?
Yes. Every new lease includes two weeks free.
What is included with a lease?
Commercial-grade Wi-Fi, an on-site manager, 24/7 secure access, use of the shared entry, waiting area, reception, restrooms and tenant breakroom, the in-building social media photo and video studio, promotion on our social channels, a tenant directory listing with a link to your booking page, and dedicated parking.
Is every suite private?
Yes. Every suite is fully private with soundproof walls and ceiling, roller shades and a layout arranged so clients never walk through another practitioner's space.
Does every suite have a sink?
Yes. A private sink is standard in every suite.
Can I customize my suite?
Yes. Custom buildout is available. Bring your layout and equipment needs to your tour and we will talk through what is possible.
Do you have space for IV therapy or other clinical practices?
Our Premium suites (278–334 SF) have plumbing access and flexible buildout suited to IV lounges and peptide clinics. Clinical requirements vary, so please review yours with us on a tour and confirm licensing and compliance with your own advisors.
Can my clients book with me through your website?
Yes. Every tenant gets a listing in our online tenant directory with a direct link to their own booking page, such as Vagaro, Square or Acuity.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is dedicated parking for tenants and clients at the building on W Horizon Ridge Pkwy.
Can I access my suite after hours?
Yes. Tenants have 24/7 secure access to their suites.
