The best way to know whether a suite at The Industry Studios fits your practice is to see it. Tours take 20 to 30 minutes, come with no obligation, and are a conversation about what you need: the size of suite, the equipment you use, any buildout, and when you would like to move in.
What happens on a tour
- We walk the building at 2831 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, including the shared entry, reception and waiting area, restrooms, breakroom and the social media studio.
- We look at the suites that match the size you need, from 85 to 334 square feet.
- We talk through custom buildout, lease terms (one or two years, billed weekly) and the two-weeks-free move-in offer.
- You get pricing for the suites you are interested in.
Pre-leasing now
The building opens in January 2027. The exterior is complete and the signs are up; interior construction is underway. Suites are first-come, first-served, so pre-leasing now gives you the widest choice of size and location in the building.
Before you come
It helps to bring a rough idea of the size you need, the furniture or equipment that has to fit, and your ideal move-in date. If you are a health or wellness practitioner, bring any requirements your practice has, such as plumbing for a sink or space for a treatment table, so we can talk through what is possible.
